ROSE LANE — RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Rose Lane pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear
  • Returned with original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the customer.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability.

If your preferred size or color is unavailable, you may return the item for a refund instead.

FINAL SALE

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

All other promotional or discounted items remain eligible for return unless explicitly marked Final Sale.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For exchanges, Rose Lane covers the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we'll take care of the return shipping.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at roselaneclothing.us@gmail.com

Please include your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.
